Maybe it was just wet paper and he decided not to let anyone know. Profile says he is a delivery guy, but he was formally trained on that wide format pos cw2200, which might put him in the supertech category. Hmmmm, what to believe. These people that receive help and don't follow up with the solution kind of piss me off. Makes me feel used, cheap and unappreciated, and I didn't even help him.

I’m not the op but I’ve seen this twice. One time it was heat sleeve. The second machine was not fixed by the heat sleeve and I had to replace the whole fusing unit.
