MP 402 blurry prints

Anybody come across this? tried new AIO drum, XF roller, cleaned up LED bar..sane image on drum...

looks like you have a mis-registration in the speed of the drum/dev combo. it would help if you posted the values of parts / bias settings..

I would look at the LED positioning, maybe distance between LED and drum affects focus,does not look like image is stretched only in one direction.

Those LED arrays get knocked out of position and they are not easy to get back into proper position. Sometimes the plastic pins on the ends break off, they are cheap to replace, just kinda hard to get everything back into position.

agree with this. had one that had some damage to the door linkage on both sides, gave this image due to the LED array out of whack. had to re-align and then replacre the linkage.

This issue may occur if the nozzle of your printer is over-heated. Try finding the sweet spot of your build plate to get a perfect print. This may help you with your problem.

If you have no idea how this printer works do not post. MP 402 does not have nozzles it is a laser printer.
