help
ricoh 1022 has no power on display or green light on display on/off switch. There is power coming from outlet, power to low voltage power supply, but no low voltage output, so I replaced low voltage power supply, still no power. low voltage power supply has low voltage output, so that is working, I also replaced the on/off red switch, still no power. I also dissconnected the all options, even took out fixing unit, still no power or display. I unplugged the output connectors from low voltage power supply to see if maybe a short was there, but no change.

There is the main power supply unit and a high voltage power pack.
Unplug the machine and check the fuses on the main PSU and look for any blown components.
Check the fuser chassis has not collapsed were the hot roller bearings sit.

the low voltage power supply board has the fuses, which I checked, all fuses were intact, no output and burnt components was why I replaced the low voltage power supply, which now I have output, but still no power to display. I double checked the fixing unit, all rollers, bearings, thermistors, and thermostat switch are good.

Then I would go on to try other things... BICU, controller, ops panel etc.
If the old PSU was fried it could of taken any of those with it.
