Ricoh MPC 3000 with fax option

Hi friends,
In MPC300 with fax option, incoming fax is being forwaded to an email ID, which is in the address book and the forwading method is store and forward and not to print hard copy. In fascimile features bit switch 11, bit 6 (which is whether to print or not the forwaded Rx fax) also disabled. But still the machine prints the incoming faxes which is stored in HDD. M/c doesn't print immediately after every fax received but may be after one hour. What can be the possibility?

you have the machine set to store the RX faxes on the HDD, change it to print and disable print feature with user parameter SW11 bit 6
