    Exclamation Newest Goose Guide

Attached is the lastest (Jan '09) Goose Guide.

For those who do not know about it...it's a very good toubleshooting tool, the data comes from HotLine calls and FSR input.

From the drop down list at the top of the columns, just pick the product code, select the problem description and bang you get all the documented solutions. When you close it Do Not Save changes made.

It extracts to an Excel database. Sheet one is a cross reference now and subsequent pages are sorted by Product code beginning letters.

Thanks KopyKat. The new info is much appreciated. Ask when you need something. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Question

Thanks! Talk about a big change to the format. I just wish they would go back to model numbers instead of build numbers on the headings.
On a slightly related topic, do any of the legacy Lanier guys out there still have the old Hot Topics PDF's that were in the FSD? For the longest time I've been trying to get my hands on a copy of the Hot Topics by models compilation. I was able to get some of the old monthly ones off the TSC site when they added Hot Topics to the Knowledge Base.
Thanks in advance to anyone who has it and can pass it on.

I got the Hot Topics By Model - Only goes through Dec 2006, but that's about when we stopped getting them regularly anyway. Pity.
The CopyTechNet site won't let me upload it. Maybe too big, Maybe my slow connection - somebody got some spare storage I can send it to and post a link?
