Disconnect the HD temporarily to see if the problem goes away.

Could also be a defective network interface board.

thanks, guys... but this is only copier machine, doesn't have HDD and network interface. I never didn't firmware upgrade that type of machine, (it wasn't necessery on another hundred machines of that type that i service) can you help me with that? new models have sd card reader, and it's not a problem, but this one need some IC card?
that machine had simular problem few months ago, and then problem is desapire after few days, but right now it's constantly here...
Bad connection to the op panel - resolder the connector for the interface cable - had several with cold solder joints that would give this sort of problem

Remove the nvram and clean the legs with an emery cloth or scotchbrite, also a check of the SMC data might show up of few SC991 errors which go hand in hand with SC670
No response from BCU at power on
