I obtained good results replacing just the mag roller assy with a 1035/45 one B004-3100. The 4500 mag roller assy it's the same with the 2035 one. It has the same part no. B082 3100. The coating on B004-3100 it's different. On the affected units replacing just the mag roller the reliability increased from 40-45K to 85/95K, using the original toner/dev designed for this machine.
