"Goooood Morning VietNOT SC555 in the AM"

ONLY in the AM, this machine gets an SC555 on a Savin 8060
I HAVE: Set system timers to different times. Replaced thermistors with 0108 and 0109, Replaced hot roller with 1117, Separated thermistor wires from AC lamp wires, Checked Lamp wires for shorts and bare spots, Check lamp connections at front and back of fuser, Replaced Bull plug, Upgraded Firmware!!!

    What am I missing?

    SC 555

SC famous for B064 and B140 series now it's back on top on D052

Ricoh is talking about Thermostats... in bulletin #106 but thermistors are the bd ones.
Use the new number ending in 064 for 192C and 066 for 211 C for thermostats
Check if under thermistors is accumulated toner+paper dust.
Old type thermistor was way better than 0108 or 0109. I received many of these new type bent in box

Replace the thermostats and check the insulation on the lamp wires, one of them may have gotten twisted. Also, as mad as it sounds, keep a drum potential sensor on standby, they've given me a couple of fuser error codes before.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Make sure that the metal cable tidy whatsits under the top cover of the fuser aren't crushing the thermistor wires. Keep them fairly loose.
