ehhhhhh! Wrong! To cure, "Reform" the frame! lift and release until the gap between the left frame and the edge of the ADF is uniform from front to back.
Loosen the screws on the left rear frame, raise the left front corner and tighten the screws

You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.

i make copy from both glass and adf on A4 but the problem is the same dark copy with white lines against the direction of paper, but if i tried to
print total counter copy is great-its ok,i planning to change ccd, what do you think?
True, but most often I have found that the frame is not bent but sagging from the weight of users leaning on it.

ehhhhhhh! NOT wrong!!!!!!!!!!!
See attached. (Raised for paralleogram image, bur caused the PCQ problem due to the ADF not being close enough to the slit glass)
".......... An excessive load has been applied to the Scanner Stand, cauising it to bend"
Hence the increased thickness of the modified Guide Plate (item 27) and the extra Support Bracket to prevent the Guide Plate bending at the mounting point (Force x Distance... Isaac Newton was correct!)
This sounds like a problem with Auto exposure. The machine checks a stripe about 1" wide near the rear edge of the glass. If the intensity varies as the scanner moves across the image density will vary right across the copy as you seem to describe. Try taking a copy using manual image density.
Is the lamp flickering as the scanner moves?
Is the scanner movement smooth?
Is there any blurr on the copy?
Are all the mirrors properly located?
Is the image square?
Is the sub scan magnification correct ("Feed" direction)?
Do the bands appear at a uniform spacing along a copy?
Have you removed the left scale and cleaned the white level plate?
