The only thing common to cause all the same identical faults is the server itself.
It's like the net work system is getting throttled back on the return packet ack.
Which makes me believe the network is auto switching down the bandwidth to 10mhz, half duplex or something.
Maybe someone has wired the cat5 cabling incorrect or subsituted crossover cables forcing a half duplex bottle neck ?
I asume the cisco routers are operating on 1 Ghz ?
The NAT through the router /switch getting returned but the result is very delayed.....
