I can't get this machine to print out a fax confirmation. I've gone into the fax features and set switch 3 bit 0 to "1" and bit 5 to "1". I've also set switch 4 bit 7 to "1" so it will print a portion of the image that was faxed. The fax is being received at the other end just fine, but my machine won't print out the confirmation. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Check the "Paper Tray Priority"
Set switch 3 bit 2 to 1 (Automatic printing of the Memory Storage Report).
Send fax through memory. It must print report before sending.

Did you reboot the machine after the changes? Print a User Parameter Report to check the settings are correct.

If any of the Function keys (F1, F2 etc.) are programmed to print a confirmation report then that will override the auto confirm report you are trying to set.
