When I say I donīt use Katun toner I mean I dont use katun toner, well my problems solved the client put in a MP9000 toner into the aficio 9005. didnīt even know they had a MP9000 on site so the toners are stocked in the same place.
congrats.... the bottom line of your problem is toner, i experience it also customer installed a bellini toner in katana machine.... toner spill at toner bank... anyhow... hope to learn more from you sir.
