The TSB explained that there was a problem with the connector.

The first law states that energy is conserved: The change in the internal energy is equal to the amount added by heating minus the amount lost by doing work on the environment.

There's been a fault with touch screens on a few models. I've mainly seen them either way out of alignment or fail altogether. Mostly Adonis C4's too.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Well on the Tessa tier 2 knowledge base

    it says the cause is

The adhesive that binds electrodes to the touch panel surface contains a polymer that tends to expand under normal office environmental conditions.

Lists a whole load of models with serial cut out with the possible defect.

It's amazing that they are all failing at the same time. I can't get the screens fast enough to keep up.

We were shipped enough of these to cover our population and the techs are replacing them as they do regular service calls or if they fail before that of course. We got 6 boxes of them for the different models.

The sub manufacturer is probably taking it in the shorts for this issue.

do you know what I think?

It's like other products they taking back (cars, toys,...)
not because of a little mistake,....

but when they do this it's all because off safty reasons!!!!

why should we do all touch screens preventifly now and not the only ones who are realy defective (1/100)?

    who agrees?
