Try replacing the developer units. Sounds like they may have locked up.
check 3975 to see which color is having the problem. (1111) is normal.
Disable SC detect 5809 to run color copies.
I have seen this most often with a defective belt, very scratched or torn. but may also be a bad transfer cleaning unit.

yea , i'm buying a new belt today , one of the units the belt looks worn very cloudy...cleaniing units are both ok...i ran the checks and coming up with #5 on the test...one unit says the yellow and the other machine is calling out the cyan...the rest are all # 1's.....
i'll let you guys know once i replace the belt...
wish me luck...
The cleaning unit I mean is the transfer cleaning unit. It is on the upper left side and detaches with one screw. It has a cleaning blade and roll inside. Remove the one screw, squeeze the brown handle and pull the unit out. No need to pull the transfer unit out to remove the cleaning unit.

yep , cleaned it ....the unit looked good and no print on the back of the paper, so I'm thinking I'm ok...
The sc codes your getting are for the Cyan and Yelow developer units. You might want to check them that they are seated properly.
1. Turn the main switch off and on .detection again
2. Check the process control self-check
result (SP3-975). If the result is not
“1”, fix the problem according to the
table in section 4.1.2.
3. Print a full color image by disabling
SC detection (SP5-809-001) and
check if the image quality is OK. If the
image quality is not OK, fix the
problem. Then, enable the SC
