Ricoh MPC 2500 Error Code SC400

I have a Ricoh MPC2500. It recently displayed a SC400 code and will not allow us to do anything else. We live in a small town and have no available service techs. Can anyone tell me what this code is referring to? Thanks.

    Dirty or defective ID sensor
    Defective ID sensor shutter

A problem with the image transfer belt unit can also cause this code. Reseat the transfer belt unit then power off and on the main switch.

If your town is too small to have a road into it for someone to come and fix your machine, how are the parts going to arrive by the courier?

    SC400 Error Resolved

I downloaded a Service Manual and it suggested cleaning the ID Sensors every 320k. That fixed the problem. Thanks for the reply.
