    The kits I are assembled by Ricoh US and contain only OEM components. I doubt you can get the kit then if you are in another part of the world, but you could try.

    PM parts are also listed at the back end of the parts catalogues.

    Just like Detailed Descriptions (Theory of Operation) is missing from all the new manuals, and that @#$%& 3-D parts catalog they keep trying to shove down our throat.

    I used to work for a company that supported its technicians. Guess that went out of style.
