MPC 4500 power on jams

On the original post the customer wasn't complaining about the jams I just noticed it when I was there. I haven't been back and no service call since I was last there. I was just looking for possible causes in case I had to go back. Thanks for the replies and sorry for not updating.

Thanks Hunt Bear, I wasn't specifically singling you out. I was just venting in general terms because sometimes people have problems with many different solutions that are offered and it helps to know the one that worked so we can add it to our own knowledge base. Thanks again and Merry Christmas.

Went back to this copier this week and there was only 3 jams in the last 8k copies. I think it must have been dusty registration on vertical sensors.
