    Thanks for the info, Dear I know what is LDAP, but I can`t see any LDAP sync over there!! Any how, I will be checking once more.

    Is there any log can show me if there is an error while sync with the AD.

    The 45 day demo versions allow you to use all the facilities. Can you confirm the exact version you installed?

    I have run the process again on our server and cannot see anything refering to AD Sync in Windows Event Log or Equitrac System Manager Logs.

    You should be using 4.1.1 now I would have a word with the contact who supplied you the demo licence.

    Get 4.1.1 installed and try again, could be a problem with 4.1.0.

    I am dealing with ricoh Netherlands now (NRGI Previously), they did not mention that to me ever!!

    However, I have check there FTP site, the 4.1.0 is the newest one over there!

    Could you advice me, if we have all the data of AD on excel file, will we be able to uploud it into equitrac account management, so some how we can go further till we get the solution of the AD cync?
