    scew Aficio 3224C 2nd drawer

    Hi there,
    I have a smal mysterie a client has an Aficio 3224C.
    If he prints or copys from the second drawer the image comes out scewed for about 2 mm from top to bottem.
    From the other drawers the image comes out fine,
    we changed about everything
    The complete vertical transfer cover
    The complete vertical transport cover
    Al clutches like pickup, feed,registration etc etc
    The 2nd drawer

    nothing seems to help
    And now we are completely lost
    Any sugestions??

    You can try to adjust paper buckle (SP1-003-001). If you increase this value paper will buckle more to correct any skew. If you set this value too high you get Z-folds. Also make sure the registration rollers are clean (or replace them).

    I would start looking for things like missing or worn out rail shoe, or bent or misaligned guides or frame pieces related to that tray/paper feed area. Possibly a burr somewhere or some sticky goo hanging the paper up. Maybe the paper feed tire pickup assembly got bent somehow... just some thoughts on where to go now.
    Don't take that toner with me!
