Question Ricoh Color 615C, FC-200 Code.

Customer clears 2 sheets of 11x17 paper with ease, searches everywhere, no other paper, now machine displays FC-200 code. Turn off and back on. If code returns, call for service.
Dealer did not have access to info.
I rarely do color, but this is an interesting machine that uses ink and not toner.
What is FC-200? A frequent jam code? Did they screw up the print heads or its position?

SC200 is a maintenence unit error

It is not an interesting machine - it is a pile of junk on a par with the 1232c

    Thumbs up

This is no doubt the printer head cleaning station like in some HP ink printers I've seen. That's where I'll start.
The account is well over 100 miles/kilometers away.
