    Ricoh 2022 / 2027 Developer Type for PCU Rebuild

    Hello, I have always replaced the PCU as an assy on these machines , I am tring to lower my cost by rebuilding a few and have found conflicting info on the dev type ie: 18, 28 and 22 "i dont even think there is a type 22" anybody know for shure? Thanks....Ant

    Dont normally rebuild these units, But for the newer style Dsm 730 etc it is type 28 same as the Dsm 615 model

    Use the Type 28, it's the right amount of developer.

    Don't expect them to last much above 40-70k after the rebuild. They do chew up their auger drive gears quite quickly after being rebuilt.
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    developer type

    hey whats up? you can use type 18 or type 28,,also half packet of type 24 you can use it. good luck

    you can get the gears from katun, or precision roller.
    type 28 is pre measured, type 18 is for a 1045 whiter can be used but it must be measured
    or weighed correctly, not a 24

    type 19 270, 1018 same drum too but different cleaning blade
    type 28 2022, 3030 3025 ect
    type 24 i think is for 2060

    yeah lh! you have to measure the weigh , not simply putting the developer,,type 28 can use in all 2000 series,,and 3350 type 19 can use
