language firmware problem

i have few unit off ricoh copier machine which is in Spain and German language.
at the user tool also they provide this two language only.
finally i found that i need to upgrade the language firmware into those machine.
can anyone help me to solve this problem?
i can't log into TESSA.

It´s not only firmware you need, you´ll be needing a PCMcia card and software and a PC with a PCMcia slot in order to write to the card so that you can put in the machine to update the language.

PM me, I´ll sell you the card, software a firmware for €250. LOL
