    Angry Savin 2070dp Scanner Slamming

Okay, scanner continues to slam back on this one. We checked all mirrors, pullys, etc. Replaced MCU board, still errors out and slams. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

Have you checked the pulley set screws? These break or back out.

I had one that replacing the NVRAM chip on fixed it. This one was really weird because every time the counter sheet was printed out the next copy would be a slam. Doing the NVRAM clear didn't fix it either.

That is an odd one, but as someone mentioned above I go with the Screw Seen this happen on the old Savin 2050 (I think)
