Ricoh Mp4000 (Sc 350 occurs at 100 copys)

    Hi Everybody

Please can somebody help me to solve that problem sc350 at every 100copys. The matter is that when the user prints hundred copys the machine stop and display sc350. i replaced drum, charge roller & cleaner brush, cleaning blade, transfer belt & cleaning blade. Initialize the drum with sp 3001-002 but problem still occurs. Sc350. i checked the ID sensor connector, i/o board, Hvs board. But when i checked sp 3001-001 the voltage is 6.4mA instead of 13mA in default value. it ok or not. what i need to do now. Help

    Thanks a Lot

Have you given the mag roller a good clean up and do the copies look good or are they a bit gray
you may need to change the dev also as it only seems to last about 150k

If you do not come right, try replacing the id sensor, if that still does not solve it, you can look to replace the high voltage power supply for worse case senario.Good luck.

Check the position of the transfer belt lever. If it's in the wrong position the transfer belt will be in permanent contact with the drum and it will erase the patch. Also check the drum ground.
