replace entrance guide and remove cleaning roller. If this fails the likely cause will be the reg guide plate. replace guide plate and reg and relay clutch.

what jam codes do you have ?????????? if you have exit jams then it will be guide plate.

    good luck

Are you sure its a fuser jam, or just what the client is reporting? Could the interchange gates be sticking and at least some of the jamming be occurring there? I've had several situations where the client insists the fuser jams to later find the damper pads in the interchange were sticky and in need of removal.

On the fuser you have small groove in the midle for paper fusing exit senzor witch is located in right hand door (transfer unit). Clean senzor and and groove where the sensor beam rebound. (on the fuser unit). There is a paper dust!

AND check this sensor has a red end. If white it's one of the old ones which used to fail. I think they were all red on the 2045.
