Are you absolutely sure it is SC656? I also could not locate it in the manual or in the Global Knowledge Base. If it is that code, the closest one listed is SC650 & 651. Those pertain to the Controller and have something to do with the Remote Service Modem. I would reseat all connections first before anything else.
I couldn't find anything on it, either.
