Ricoh 2035 esp scan to folder image is being reduce

scanning to computer the image is being reduce. Have look at settings everything looks fine. When copying the image is ok. Any suggestion would be helpful.

It's the Adobe Reader, I see this all of the time when the customer updates to a newer version. When you select print on the document, look for 'page scaling'. It's probably set to "Fit to Printable Area", change it to "None". "Fit to Printable Area" reduces the image to 96% generally. They should only have to change it once (all users will have to change theirs). I first ran across this some years ago and spent hours trying to adjust the machine settings to compensate.

when looking at computer montior can see image is reduce also if you print its reduce and email reduce also.

Images scanned using Scan to Folder are smaller when printed
Images scanned using Scan to Folder are smaller than the original, the shadow of the original can be seen. When printed, they are even smaller (approximately 90% size), and the shadow of the original is printed too. Why is this?

Answer This shrinking is due to device specifications. Specifically, when images are scanned using Scan to Folder, they are not read bit by bit, but rather scanned in rectangular strips. This means that a small surplus area is also scanned and then processed along with the image, so that the final scanned image includes this extra area.
Additionally, when printing at 100%, the surplus included in the scan as noted above is included inside the printable area (that is, within the margins). Since the scanned image including the surplus is slightly larger than the original image, to fit in the same area on the page it has to be slightly smaller when compared with the original.
Ultimately, the reduced size when printing is related to the settings in the application from which you issue the print command. Altering the settings for margin width may help fix the problem.
