    he didnt say accorrdioning.......Z fold to me is one fold in the middle of the page.....accorrdioning is when its in the fuser stuck on a finger.....

    If the Transnfer belt and blade are old they will grip during a long run. This will stop the fuser drive and cause Z folding.... We had one doing this, maybe after 150-200 copies and a new belt and blade cured the problem.

    Z fold in 350/1035/2035 et al

    Registration clutch is bad, while you are in there, change out the relay and feed clutches, so you don't have to go back in again anytime soon.

    2 of EACH clutch - AX200280 and AX200281

    I have seen transfer belt cause jamming in a Z fold, but the Z was backward if that makes sence.
    If the transfer belt is stretched out it will drag the paper backward throwing off the timing to the fuser.
    Why do they call it common sense?

    If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

    old fault..........
    Fix = agrre with all .............change the clutches, PLUS the reg guide plate. this gets worn and causes static..
