Savin 9040 dog ears when duplexing

I currently have 4 savin 9040's that when duplexing 8 1/2 x 11 portrait I get dog ears that cause the paper to jam in the finisher unit when trying to sort and staple. Single sided runs fine. I've had the duplex apart and can't seem to find anything that would cause the paper to stick. I've also tried fresh paper thinking maybe their paper is a little damp causing curl but it didn't make a difference. With having 4 of these doing the same thing hopefully someone out there has had the same issue and was able to resolve it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

We had something like this we fought for some time. Check the frame that the pcu slides in on. At the rear side that frame was pushed in towards the pcu so that when paper fed it would catch on the pcu.
