Tray switching with ery sheet of paper

I have an MPC4000 that switches between trays 2 and 3 and rotates every sheet of paper only when printing from the pc. In a five page document it will send out page one from tray two and page two from tray three and then page three from tray one and so on. Any help with this would be appreciated.
It is not in user tools or in the print driver as they have tried both pcl6 and pcl5 with the same result from many computers.

Every computer does this? That sounds really odd? Are they printing THROUGH a Server? What you are describing is a PCL Driver feature. Its kinda hidden in a setup menu and I'm wondering if everyone is doing it maybe they are printing throw a server. Or one person has the printer shared and everyone prints through him/her.
