Lan-fax Aficio 2027 - Cannot send and print at the same time

Hi friends..
I hv recently installed a Lan-Fax driver on a computer for a customer using Aficio 2027. The problem is while i can send faxes via the computer using the Lan-Fax Driver, i can't generate a copy of the faxed document when i select the "Send an Print" function.
Any help is much appreciated...

Not seen anything like this before. You installed Lanfax M3 drivers right? Did you check the box in the drivers that the machine has a HDD (Hard Disk Drive). Maybe that would make a difference. Is the machine using USER CODES or some sort of Accounting setup?

Yep hangs on my wall. Thus the Lanfax M3 Good reference to have. Not sure how people mess it up unless they just click the wrong model I suppose.

I've seen this before myself, and on other models. I have used the correct Lan_fax print driver. You should look at updating the firmware on the unit. Be aware that the scan to folder to 2003 server is a special mod and is not inclulded in the latest controller, NIB, and scanner formware.
