its a service problums you must check you magnet roller and clean with thiner or patrol you must solve your problum
!!!!! IF there is toner on the roller just use the old dev as an abrasive before changing it!!!!!!!!!!
Doctor blade would cause stripes, check the drum earth!!! if this is bad you WILL see the copy going grey as the process control will be buggered! The drum discharges through the shaft bearing and these dry out and increase resistance preventing the laser writing the full density.
I would try to use Ricoh parts, toner and drum and see if that does the trick. We have plenty of those machines out - and they work really good. We only use original Ricoh toner/dev/drum etc and it manage 300k without any problems. Some does 600k between each dev change (but prints tend to get grey towards the end of course).
We used Katun on other machines before, and usually it worked OK - but once in a while there was combinations that didn't work at all or worked bad over time. Sometimes the problem would come after a firmwareupgrade too. So try the original stuff and see it it does the trick. Or use Katun on all parts and see it they are a good match . .
