I stand corrected, there is no clutch, this model has four developer motors

You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.

Then today i did an attempt to solve the problem without changing anything:

-performed a forced toner k supply sp 2-251-1
-performed sp 5-804-99 (dev k motor rotation) for about 15 minutes
    -set sp 1-010-5 , sp 1-011-5 and sp 1-o12-5 from 0 to 3 (dev k motor speed)

It seems working good now (i don't know for how long!!)

I let you know the long term result.
I've seen today the machine: after about 20.000 prints with high color coverage percentage it's still working fine!!

Seen this a few times, in every case found dev level depleted, added about 1/3 bottle and all was good again (for a while). Removing the trickle feed auger one way drive will stop the problem but may introduce some overtoning. Also check machine level.

    Re: RICOH MPC6000 quality problem

My team experienced this very problem, and went a few rounds trying to resolve it. Finally, the Developer Drive Motor for black and the driver board fixed our ongoing problem....
