i've done setting my 2045e using smb but i'm new with 2027, does the setting the same? i cannot found smb function in my aficio 2027, but when i check it using web image monitor it does have smb function..

Argh, apologies for being so blunt this morning. As Jomama says it's the same on the 2045. Just make sure you get a username and password that never expires, otherwise that's when the fun really begins.
