    A new nvram would be completely clear, so no, it wouldn't fix it.

    That wont work, it would code out right away with a mismatched serial number.

    So how whould you make it? It sounds so that you know the procedure?!

    The hole controller board send to ricoh and they'll programm it new?
    If so how will they do that. Is it possible to flash the ic via internet?

    Ricoh doesn't repair boards anymore, at least on this side of the pond. If you can find an authorized repair center they can do it for you. i.e Hytec Board Repair in Florida.

    How was the registration of the four colors after the replacement? I thought all laser units comes with individual parameters from the manufacture which were written in the board.
    Or did you have a backup from all these parameters and put in all the adjustments in the machine again?
    If not it sounds for me that you are maybe lucky that it prints marvelous.
