    Angry Sc 547 savin c2828

Had a tech go out to trouble shoot an add toner issue (usually toner rock in supply hose) after he cleaned out the supply area and reassembled the machine he now has an sc 547, the manual isn't that helpful, it defines this code as a zero crossing signal error, and lists the lvps and fuser relay as causes, tried sp-5810, no dice. The manual does not describe a check point for me (i only have the c 3030 manaul) so i don't know where to throw my meter, any ideas?

    from the manual:

    Zero cross error
The zero cross signal is detected three times even though the
heater relay is off when turning on the main power.
The zero cross signal is not detected for 2 seconds even though
the heater relay is on after turning on the main power or closing the
    front door.
The detection error occurs twice or more in the 11 zero cross signal
detections. This error is defined when the detected zero cross
    signal is less than 45.
     Defective fusing lamp relay
     Defective fusing lamp relay circuit
     Unstable power supply
    547 D
    1. Check the power supply source.
    2. Replace the PSU

check the IH coil sensors,or check to see if the sensors on the sides of the machine were knocked out of place and aren't sensing the fusing unit, and check for any loose wires. some of these codes also say to check the lamps, but that does not sound like the cause.

I've also had unstable power cause this code, two MPC4000's at a construction site being run off a generator. Both machines coded out at least 3 times a day until the site was switched over to mains power.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.
