    Ricoh Aficio 1051

    Has 1.7 Mil copies I know I should know what the problem is but yet I don't any help out there? The problem shows up in Print and Copy.This document went through LEF. It shows up in SEF but on verticcal plane.

    saw something like this on a 2051 a while back. That turned out to be a bent frame in the scanner home possition area. Someone must have either sat on the copier or put something very heavy and leaned on it.

    you say, they are also having problem even when printing?

    how old is the developer?
    do you use genuine ricoh toner?

    looks like a developer issue for me

    Mag roller filming can also cause this. More common on the first Martini tho.
