    Ricoh 3224c Extended features

    Hi guys,

I have said machine which was bought in and has extended features within user tools, When i go into extended features it says "WAITING". Now i presume that this machine had a vm card installed and now hasn't.

I have tried to uninstall but i get an error?

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

I think you have to use the original VM-card to uninstall. Don't know this for sure, but manuals say that you must keep the VM-card in the slot. Only with third party vendors you can remove the card.

If there was something removed that had been installed I'd start with formatting the HDD and then resetting the user tools settings to defaults. In user tools, press and hold the # key while selecting the desired set of setting to reset. You should be prompted to confirm you want to reset to defaults.
