    Ricoh MPC3300 department codes setup

    Hi all

I have read the manual regarding department codes but think it is quite confusing.

Has anyone set this up for copying, printing and sscanning?

If so I would appreciate your input.

    Thanks!

copying, scanning faxing are easy. Set them up in the address book and define their permissions and grant them a user code. With printing you will also have to put the user code into the preferences tab of the print driver.

You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.

I dont think you have to but if you want to it is at UT SS Admin Tools> Administrator Authentication management. Or use WIM and go to configuration> then admin Authentication mgt.
