Enter the adresses for one machine and export the adress book to a CSV-file (using Smart Device Monitor), and then transfer the adresses to the other machines using the import function.
In Smart Device Monitor go to Adress Book and then use the export option. This option exports the adress book to a CSV-file. When this is done, connect to the other MP2000 and again go to the Adress Book. Then use the import option and select the file youve just created. Then choose the apply function to transfer the file to the next machine.

Don't you need Smart Device Monitor for Admin for this to work?

Or if the email addresses are already in a DB such as Outlook, export them into a CSV and modify any field position for the Address book, then import using SDM
Or hire a teenager to input the data. Either way you only have to do it once.

On most of the newer machines, you can log in with Web Image Monitor and backup the address book to a computer.
You can then restore the backup to the new machine using Web Image Monitor.
This doesn't work real good or at all if they are different models.
But if they are all the same model, it should work.
Or hire a teenager to figure it out for you.
Copy/ Paste?
Program one then copy and paste the information with two browsers open to each machine.
Or you can import and export the information from one programmed machine into multiple machines in the same production models with the maintenance button in the address book.
B/W and color use the same interface for address book. User codes gets tricky.
Why do they call it common sense?
If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
While 6 is a relatively small, easy-to-manage number, @Remote Enterprise Pro (formerly known as Web Smart Device Monitor) can push out an address book to a nearly unlimited number of Ricoh MFPs at the same time.
Quite slick, actually.
