Servicing Color & Black and White

I work on both b&w and color. A lot of the copy functions are the same, so the transition is not that difficult. Ricoh has a digital color basic class which will help a person understand the difference between the two processes. As Ricoh-ono says, a skilled tech can handle both.

Want to thank everyone thus far who has offered their opinions and thoughts with regard to servicing both the color and black & white Ricoh product lines.

I appreciate the feedback and encourage anyone who can contribute to this thread to do so - the information is helpful in gaining a better understanding as to what can be expected with managing to two lines in the field. My goal is to gain a realistic overview as to how the two lines can be effectively managed and how this is achieved.
