jam paper in tray2 2035

the toner was dropped all over the machine and decide open duplex and right cover and lower right cover and blow the toner after doing this ,except tray1 and bypass , other tray(2,3,4) jam the paper.
please help me about solving this problem.

Try replacing or cleaning the feed rollers for those trays. Toner will play havoc with feed rollers, especially if you're still using the old style ribbed pickup rollers.

Also check and clean the optical sensors in the paper path.
