I purchased a RICOH 2045 copier and I need help setup the network. I am trying to print from my PC. I have installed SmartDeviceMonitor for client. I am getting “no response from device” in the status window. I am running window 7 from my PC. When I first installed the software, the printer work fine, now I am receiving the no response from device. Can any provide any help?
