You would get away with it but copy quality may result in problems.

you might not see it in the first, second, third use but in the long run you may encounter dirty (internal)machine ang some shortening of copy life of rollers

I agree with Joel, if you try to use OEM-toner, that´s the best way to transform a RICOH into a coalmine!
