MPC 5501 - Problem finisher

Hello,

I have a MPC 5501 with a finisher SR3020 (Ricoh) or NSR 320 (Nashuatec). But each time I want to use the finisher, I have a jam at the entrance of the finisher.

I install the finisher another copier (MPC 4501), his works!

I change the finisher and the bridge but it's the same.

The firmware is updated.

Is the MPC5501 on a solid, level surface? Have seen these machines sink into soft carpet, but the finisher does not because it is much lighter causing the exit of copier to mis-align with the finisher entrance.
