Ricoh MPC 4000 fuser unit clicking noise

Hi, one of my copier MPC4000 has made ''clicking'' noise in fusing unit. I discovered that comes from eccenter which is for making pressure. I puted some finger of grease in to eccenter and '' clicking '' stoped! After one week the story repeat.
Do you have any idea how can I reper fusing unit for a litle more time.

You need to take the fuser apart so you can lubricate the area where the bearings make contact with the hot roller and pressure roller with the white grease (barrierta) recommended by the manufacturer. Part number A2579300.

    Hi there!
Nick40 is right. When the colour of the bearings has changed (a blueish colour) throw ém away & install new ones. In Germany we´ve often problems with clicking bearings, therefore spraying them with heatresistant silicone-spray keeps them in better shape.
    Greetings....
