Same as all the other Ricoh's that require an SC reset > 5-810. If it reoccurs, you may have a bad power supply.

    Zero cross error

    • Defective fusing relay

    • Defective fusing relay circuit

    • Shorted +24V fuse on the PSU

    • Unstable power supply

    1. Check the power supply source.
    2. Replace the +24V fuse on the PSU.
    3. Replace the PSU

SC 547 with MPC 2550,MP4500 etc, our circuit technician was able to repair the PS by changing capacitors.
    Nobody is perfect..

CRACKED? That machine must have taken a hell of a hit!
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

I recall having a broken PSU after transportation by an external moving comapy as well - bad luck if the handling was too rough. On the other hand there are quite some heavy components on the PSU - that reminds me of the A1045 series PSU, back than we received quite a few brand new but damaged OEM parts because the box/cushions design wasn't very well done for shipping.

The power supply is very big and not very well mounted . I can see this happening again.
