Ricoh MP C4000 NO POWER!

AZ24 0136 for the main PSU and the coil PSU is D029 5172. I've never had to change the coil itself.

I hear there is a Tech Bulletin for this kind of fault (RTB 029051 ). .. . . . I dont suppose you have it so I could take a look?

Also I hear you have to replace the Main PSU, IH Inverter and IH Coil to completely cure this fault?. . . . .

My manual doesn't list the IH Coil so was hoping you could give that too?

A capacitor on IH invertor has been changed.
Reason
The following issue can occur.
<Symptom>
Fuse on PSU can brow out at the following timing.
- Main switch ON
- Front door or duplex unit close

<Cause>
A broken element device on IH invertor.
Temporary blackout can cause over voltage. As the result, it causes the element to break.

<Solution>
Action required at the field
Change IH invertor.

Had the IH inverter board cause this to blow on numerous occasions, fit a new fuse to the power supply and order up the inverter board and fit this and you should be ok.
