    Ricoh 1357ex jam code 069

We have a Ricoh 1357ex that has been giving a jam code of 069. The company only runs two sided. trays 1,2 and 3 run fine. When the paper comes out of 4,5 & 6 is when the issues start. Duplex assembly and the CIS sensors have been replaced. Firmware has been upgraded. Pm's are up to date. The motors for the LCT in the vertical path have been swapped around. The motor in the vertical path for 1,2 & 3 has been replaced. Any suggestions?

    Hi,angelntx
My suggestion:If the machine counter is higher than 1,000K;replace the torque limiters.Because the torque limiter is damaged by the timing error will cause a paper jam 069 and the machine display show as B1.
