Anyone had Jams at middle sensor on Ricoh MP6500,new feed station installed,jams from all trays except bypass tray which works fine,no dev spillage anywhere.

Co-worker had this recently, check reg clutch. His was accidently disconnected.
No reg clutch on this machine. What is the jam code?

copy count is only 750,000,mylars look ok.
Check the rubber/damper and the drive belt of the registration motor.

Have you had the registration section out to have a look at the internal mylars? They aren't visible from the outside and these are the ones that cause the problems.Originally Posted by copyron
