    Unhappy MP6500 Jamming ,middle sensor

    Anyone had Jams at middle sensor on Ricoh MP6500,new feed station installed,jams from all trays except bypass tray which works fine,no dev spillage anywhere.

    Co-worker had this recently, check reg clutch. His was accidently disconnected.

    If the copy count is over 1.5m replace the registration mylars.

    Have you had the registration section out to have a look at the internal mylars? They aren't visible from the outside and these are the ones that cause the problems.
